03 SMS & Text Message Communications

PTX Painting uses SMS (text message) communications to send transactional and operational messages to both customers and employees/subcontractors.

Customer SMS ConsentBy providing your mobile phone number on our contact form, estimate request form, or project agreement, and by checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from PTX Painting. These messages may include appointment confirmations, project start reminders, estimate notifications, and project completion follow-ups.
Employee & Subcontractor SMS ConsentEmployees and subcontractors provide their mobile number during the onboarding process and acknowledge consent to receive work-related SMS messages. These messages may include scheduling notices, job site updates, safety reminders, and payroll or timesheet notifications.
Message Frequency & RatesMessage frequency varies based on project activity and business operations. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
